 | April, 2001. SJAANA, Inc. completed incorporation process.
As of April 23, 2001, we exist as a California corporation. We are
registered with the Secretary of State of the State of California as a
Public Benefit Corporation, under the name St. Jerome's Academy Alumni
Association of North America, Inc.. This completed the first major step
in the formation of our organization. We will continue with the next step
which is the filing of exemption documents to the IRS for recognition as an
"exempt" non-profit corporation.
